I raised a tix about my missing boxes sent and received by them but no response. And no payment for several $k worth. Still not sure who to report them to. Initial female contact said they'd raised a ticket but then I didn't hear back. Every other person who contacted me stopped contacting me after I asked about the missing shipments. It can and will happen to you. They have ups change your boxes and change the shipping labels so you do not get credit and the consignment owed. Stay away

I contacted the Real Real to consign clothing. It was probably a dozen designer items in great condition as well as a dozen pair of shoes. First, they lost the order and rather than reaching out to me, I had to track down and continually contact the young lady who took the clothing. She has since been promoted ironically so became unavailable to handle my complaint. The amount of money I received was insignificant. There are many reputable thrift and consignment stores trying to make it. They are a much better option than this corporation that is a complete rip off. Also if you have a problem good luck trying to get a response.
