Redcross.ca

I took first aid and cpr course with RED CROSS Canada. I thought about name of redcross.ca and went ahead. Before taking course I called redcross.ca to correct my name spelling. They said they corrected the NAME, but in the end it was not. I completed online and in class course but I did not receive any certificate.
I called them they said I was marked as no show. I told them I took online and in class course gave exam at end of test. What I realized while communicating with them that red cross is non professional, unorganized unreliable, even their customer service would like just to give an answer and push it away from them. If a person takes online and in class course takes test end of in class course, and in the end you hear you are marked no show, that means they have no record that can prove that a person was there or not and they are not ready to do anything about it, they do not have any options other than taking new course, who is going to do two red cross courses to get crp from red cross.
They were not willing to correct name spelling a very simple thing to do. Only option was to take course again. If I want to correct my name. In fact I called them before taking course to correct my name and they said they did it.
I WILL STRONGLY NOT recommended redcross to any one.
