I have been using Red Pocket for almost 2 years and I have never come across any problems with them. I purhcased their annual plan and what sold me was the amazing prices they offered!
I went to hell 2 months with them. The customer service are a bunch of FKN crooks & a bunch of serial liars. They treated me like a idiot. Next month I will switch to other prepaid phone company. If you need a peace of mind, stay away from them.

I tested Red-Pocket for 1-2 months before bringing my wife over. I was happy so I signed us both up for the yearly 5gb plan@ $180 each in August 2023. We both get fairly close to the 5gb and sometimes go a bit over. For about the first 4 months, the slower speeds were noticeable, but it was workable. We were still happy because we were getting what we signed up for... "slower speed." Within the last 1-2 months we've seen that "slower speed" go to NO DATA AT ALL. That is not what I signed us up for, and we are not happy. All of RPs plans supposedly have "Unlimited Data"? No they do not. I feel like a bait-and-switch victim. After complaining to RP about this, they now have me in email loop/troubleshooting hell. My guess is so they don't have to return the whopping $180 I asked them for...UGH!
