Register My Service Animal

I ordered two service dog tags and the price included postage. They arrived but were not delivered to me because postage was due of $4.25. I emailed the owner, sent him a copy of the post office notice, but he refused to either call the post office or pay the postage. He kept insisting he had put enough postage on. So I had paid $78 for the tags but did not have them. The P. O. returned the packages to him and I had to battle through Paypal to get refunds but finally did. The owner apparently does not understand postage rules and thinks that because he uses a postage service, that guarantees everything. I tried to warn him that extra postage is also due if he put anything metal in an envelope instead of a box, but he still refused to do anything about the situation. He is not competent to be running an internet business that relies on the post office to deliver his merchandise.

I would love to give this rating a five-star all the way for being very professional... my stepfather threw out all my documents... it goes further than that but that's as far as I would like to go at the moment I would just like to receive my 2 dog IDs under the name Bella Viola and one service dog tag to put around her collar one service animal paper along with an invoice paper's my chihuahuas real name is Bella Viola... two IDs I was sent said Bella Marie... once this issue is results I will definitely write a different report as well as giving her a five-star for professionalism understanding... simply because we all make mistakes... I'm giving this a story once the matter has been resolved I will be changing this to a five star as for the future I will be using them as my regular service people... PS I live in Massachusetts and the place I deal with is in Scottsdale Arizona where there is close to a 3 hour time differenceand there... I'm going to give this place a three out of five once this issue has been resolved she will get a perfect 5 star and if anyone is undecided about whether or not to use this particular place I can tell you a hundred percent that you will have no problems thank you Daniel viola in regards to Bella Viola as well

Ann... I believe there was someone else that was trying to be me but I can't prove it anyway I would just like to take this time and tell everyone that my first review was not mine and if it was I wouldn't have said it in that way because when you dealing with Anne it's like dealing with a member of the family she truly loves her job and for that I truly bless her and again the first message of mine is bogus and if I could give her a 10 I would and I'm going to give her a five for Excellency and five more just from my apology but she truly truly deserves it and she earned it she earned my respect and I trust her 100% you can reach her at my service dog in Arizona the number starts off *******155 and remember she's a few hours behind Eastern Standard Time if that helps and if you want the best trust me you call this number and you'll never look back

The entire process was SOO easy. The staff there are so friendly and accomodating, it's really nice to see in this day and age. I needed a registration for my dog, and had a few questions and they helped me through the entire process of what I needed, and would be the best fit for me.
