If I could give "0" Stars I would. Please be advised DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS PROPERTY COMPANY especially if you are in the MILITARY. When we moved in the house it was dirty, holes in the wall, unpainted doors, filthy carpets, no light bulbs and a broken dishwasher. Just to name a few. Trying to contact them to have repairs made was impossible and they did not reply in a timely manner. They sent 4 different incompetent repair people and finally replaced the dishwasher with a USED one because the owner was cheap! When we moved out ON MILITARY ORDERS TO PCS they are trying to keep our security deposit as the final months rent. There are numerous things I could mention and go on and on but it really is not worth my time! If you wanna see a pattern of this scamming property company continue to read the other reviews. STAY CLEAR OF BOB CAPES!
