I ordered the OM741-FR Infinity Scarf from the website. The price on the website is $42. The scarf was delivered with a price tag on it for $33.99. The scarf sells in Whole Foods for $33.99. I ordered this scarf and another scarf as gifts. Enclosure cards with a message were offered on the website. I received one card without the message on it I requested. I have waited three weeks to receive the second enclosure card and, in view of the responses I have received when I questioned their pricing, I will not receive the card. Nice products, deplorable customer service with online prices higher than its listed retail pricing. Shipping fees are excessive for these items and the manner of packing. Spread the word - you can do better. I definitely feel cheated.
