Rockville sent a isolation shield without hardware to set it up. I called and talked to LuLu and told her the parts were Missing. She sent me a return mailing via email. She told me that they would make sure all the parts would be sent after they received the isolation shield back. After waiting over a week I received the new one. Low and behold more parts were missing. I emailed them again and they had the nerve to tell me to take photos of the missing parts that they didn't send me. Someone in shipping should be fired.

Demand them to send all hardware for item you by . Call order in .
Spent $320.21 for a stereo tuner/receiver... they took my money but did not deliver a product. Now they will not respond. I think I will call the Az Atty Gen and the bbb. I have sent several emails and no reply. They still have my money... stay away from these clowns.

Stay away from these clowns. They are dishonest thieves.

Ordered a stereo receiver, they got my money, 8-28.....deducted from my card. I can't get a response.
