They broke a scratched my lights took over a week to fix. I have a warranty why not let me use it. Now they want to mess up my credit. Capital one will never do business with them again. They knew that light didn't work and I got a ticket for it. They are rude and dishonest that light was on they knew something was wrong the bmw dealer would have fixed it in one day. Why 7 days for my car and it's all scratched up see before and after pictures. I had a 1/2 tank of gas. Return with no gas and a different radio station. Hmmmmmmm who was driving my car. They made sure to rest mileage and not set time and still not fixed. Tire pressure sensor still not working car shakes after 40 miles
DO NOT, I REPEAT DO NOT BUY A VEHICLE FROM THIS PLACE! It will be one of the worst decisions you'll ever make! I was promised by Tito and John the owner my headlight would be fixed! Now I'm 2 months past my temp plate expiration, 4 car payments in and haven't been able to get my vehicle inspection and tagged! If you are reading this and wondering... yes that means I haven't been able to drive my new car for 2 months! So, if you wanna purchase a vehicle you may never get to drive BUT pay now for, then by all means this is the place for you! Being that I'm a full time employee and can't just keep driving to Philly to correct this problem my selfless, helpful,beautiful wife takes it for me...4 times! Today was the 4th time. She & our 2 little girls sat for 5 hours! To be told they still can't fix the headlight. At what point do YOU John say I should let the professionals at Audi fix this man's car? Since you refuse to contact me personally, maybe you will respond here for the public to see. Tell the public I'm lying about all of this... call my bluff. This has been the absolute worst car buying experience I've ever had.
