Terrible customer service from this owner that does not even speak English! The employees clearly told us where to park and upon leaving the establishment our whole group had $30 parking tickets. It was a Sunday in an industrial complex! Absolutely ridiculous. When we asked the owner to cover the cost, he had his 17 year old employee talk to him and said he had no inclination to do anything about it. He couldn't care less. Even though everyone that worked there was under the impression parking was okay. Clearly, other tenants in the complex are annoyed with him. That means no parking for this facility and zero responsibility on the part of the owner to take responsibility for his own error. Will never visit this establishment again!
