Wasn't aware that the parts they sell are used, at the very top apparently it says they are but it was covered by a sign saying free shipping etc. The picture they use for the part is of a brand new part. After we installed the part it made the car worse than it was before, we emailed them saying it doesn't work and they said I can only get a store credit and we have to pay shipping. Never again will buy anything from them and will let other auto repair shops near me know their parts don't work.

I own and 2008 LR2 HSE and a 2006 Range Rover HSE. When my factory warranties were active, I regularly had my Land Rover's serviced at the Land Rover dealership. Once my automobile warranty's expired I began searching for parts, ordering them and working on my LR's myself. I have purchased parts from a number of LR part companies.
Once l came across Roverland, I looked through their website and began ordering! R

I purchased a $1,300 part which was on sale when I enquired about it for $1,100, but by the time they got them in stock two weeks later they wouldn't give me the sale price. Ordered the part for my fathers Rover, by the time I received it he had decided to trade his Rover in w/o my knowledge... I contacted customer service and they said I could only return the part for STORE CREDIT, AND they would charge me a 20% restocking fee! So they charged me $200 over the sale price originally, then wanted an additional $260 to allow me to return it... and then would only give me store credit for a vehicle that I didn't even own... total garbage and scam!

THIS COMPANY IS A SCAM, There Part Are Defective And In Really Bad Condition. Customer Service In Worthless. EXTREMELY RUDE

You need to be aware the products from this site are used and come from vehicles they have stripped down. Now that you have this understanding if you want prices on items that go bad on your Land Rover this is the place to go. They have EVERYTHING you can imagine at very good prices since new prices on parts from Land Rover are extremely expensive.

They are also very fair with returns. I bought an entire kit comprised of 3 items and did not require part of the kit. They were very good at providing a refund without question. Great supplier and site
