The staff at RS Diamonds and Watches were all extremely helpful and super friendly! My mom received a diamond ring and a Rolex watch from my grandma, which were sitting in the bottom of her jewelry case. Both are old fashioned and out of style so she wanted to trade in or sell the jewelry. We came in today and found Ted to be super professional and friendly. He was really helpful and gave us a fair price for what we brought in. My mom had told me that she wanted to "think" about it before she sold her items but immediately changed her mind. They really know their stuff, which made it really easy for us to feel comfortable. On top of all of that, she found the perfect necklace setting for her diamond, which she's been wanting for quite some time now. I would highly recommend this place!
