I ordered two rings...one with a dangling heart charm and one with five small diamonds at top of band. They are lovely to wear alone or stacked with other rings. Very dainty and delicate. They fit perfectly. Also, just realized after received order that this is Ross & Simons that I've ordered jewelry from before.
The 15% off code does not come in the email. There is a blank space between "15%off" and (enter code at checkout). I have spoken to countless customer service reps and between email, phone calls half of which were dropped or I was told I would be called back never was. I have spent hours trying to not only get my code sorted but also help your team understand that there is an issue with your welcome emails. (This code did not show up on my work email either). I am pretty disappointed that it's so difficult to get proper support. I was finally able to get a code sorted this morning which is why this is 2 stars, not 1.

Received email from RSPure and aired the jewelry shown therein.
They were very pretty and the price as right...each ring under $100.
I was not aware that having a Ross Simons piece serviced by a local jeweler would void the one year warranty. RS pure is so delicately made, it doesn't seem possible to wear daily.
Design and price! I love the Ruby beads in the bracelet, but they don’t seem to be fastened to the bracelet chain well!

I'm very happy with my necklace and love the toggle clasp feature. This piece is well made and the gold is shiny and bright 14 kt. Very classy indeed. Great alone or layered with other chains!
The picture was dark blue sapphire. Item i received was very very light skyblue color. Not pleased but will keep since i paid almost $200

These are cute earrings. Much smaller than I expected, much pricier for the sauce once I received them. I will wear them. They are dainty. I wish there was a size chart instead of seeing it on the ear, stating how tall and how wide the piece was.
Didn’t realize RSPure was Ross-Simons, this is a respectable complaint and have ordered various items from Ross-Simons prior to this purchase.
When my wife opened up the gift she immediately starting looking around and crawling the floor for the other earring. When I told her this was no joke earrings are now sold in singular sets she was flabbergasted.

Sale smooth and delivery great! But ring looks like it came in a Happy Meal. The initials on it can only be seen with a magnifying glass. The stones the size of a period at the end of a sentence. I knew it would be dainty, but not cheaply done.
I chose RSPure because the parent co. RS has really quality products. I assumed this ring would present in size scale as the picture.
I wanted a ring that could be worn every day without concern, not a huge cocktail ring that could catch on things while working. I expected dainty and quality.

The size, shape, delivery time, and overall product is amazing!
The "shopping" was fine, no problems there; however, the huggie hoops with diamond accents were so very tiny! I can't imagine that they would even fit an infant's ear. It seriously took a magnifying glass to see the diamond.
By all appearances on line they were what I was looking for, a white gold or silver huggie earring with a diamond accent. My disappointment was great.
