I ordered 4, Hinges Big Corazon, and 4, Drawer pulls Jap. #82 on March 12th. When I recieved my shipment it contained 2, Jap #85's and 4, Hinges Big Corazon. I did not realize that I had recieved the wrong item but I did notice that I had only received 2 drawer pulls. I contacted Kings of Rustic Hardware and informed them that I was short 2 drawer pulls. Kings of Rustic Hardware sent me 2 of the Drawer pulls Jap #82 I had ordered. I now have 2, Jap #82, and 2 Jap #85. I contacted them 4 times over 2 weeks informing them of the problem. I even offered to pay for 2 more hinges as long as they covered the shipping but they would not even reply to my emails. They completely ignored me.
