Weekly shortage hours for on-call porters average between 0 and 10 hours as a result of Safety Facility Services' frequent recruiting practices.Not for them, is there a unity. This issue is brought about by favoritism and the company's non-union status. Solutions to this could include hiring freezes and fewer new workers annually. In addition to addressing employee grievances without placing the blame on the worker, Safety Facility Services needs to consider offering uniforms upon request. Primarily, the company ought to consider hiring fewer personnel, allowing employees to refer consumers to other departments, and implementing a call-in system for staff in order to streamline the hiring procedure and improve the efficiency of the hourly split.
