Absolutely ridiculous! Would not recommend this company to anyone! They've taken more than 3 months to sort our application, asking for documents that have already been sent to them and only ever replying on Friday evenings… we finally get to our completion date (a Friday) where we are ready to get the keys and unload all our belongings, and we are told that even though we have paid for the house, we cannot have the keys as sage has run a 'last minute check' that we didn't even get told about, leaving us without a home for a whole weekend, not to mention losing money from hiring a removals van and taking the day off work to move. Our mortgage has already started yet we are not allowed to move into the house we have paid for all because of this company! Awful customer service, they're unreachable via phone or email, impossible to work with. Would give 0 stars if I could. They do not care about their customers at all!

Nes was so helpful throughout the most stressful sale in my life, 5*,s to Nes. But. Im glad they,ve changed their sales procedures now for future sellers because I nearly gave up and the costs to get out were so high with Estate Agents £3300 and I helped them to do their job, Rics Survey £350, License to Assign £150, Management pack £180, Management fees £780, additional Management fees £420, Shared Ownership fee £408, and your Solicitors sale fees (£1500 mine)! Plus your purchase costs (additional to the £27,000 loss). Then the Rics Survey sold my house £20k less than the exact same houses on the estate being sold and mine was in a better plot on the estate, so lost a fortune, cost a fortune and took 5 months for the buyers Solicitors to complete. Made me so ill I was nearly in hospital will take a long recovery but Nes was the best in my sale contacts, couldn,t have got through it without her support and help. The whole process was dreadful, I need a medal for all the work I did to assist every day to get out of that property. I got to my purchase 3x later than I should have and the last day of July before I called it quits. 5* Nes 2 Sage

Sage Homes it's absolutely disgusting that not a single one of you from the company have responded to complaints my fiancé has made to you on countless occasions. She was meant to have an end of year defects inspection, and was supposed to have an appointment for early November to have someone come and look at the home to make sure anything was fixed! Yet here we are being told that the yearly defects has run out and they didn't even tell her!. Her front door has been waiting to be fixed for 3-4 months now and still nobody has come to fix it, paint on the doors are turning yellow and the front door isn't even the right door. The water pipes downstairs in the garage weren't properly insulated so they were damaged and as sage refused to come and fix them she had to pay out to have them fixed, there's been a leak that's needed to be fixed that nobody came to do. No matter how many times we have both called them they just fob you off from one person to the next telling you the same thing "email our complaints department they will get back to you" and do they? Do they $#*!?!… there have been counter issues with this home that has severely altered my fiancés mental health as well as her having to pay out money to try and have these things fixed even though SAGE HOUSING HAVE FAILED TO DO THEIR JOB PROPERLY!… it's disgusting that they think they can get away with this because we are not the only ones they're doing this too. I'd be very careful trusting these people because once they have your money they don't care!
