I use Shoprunner for my purchases, which Saks offers. It includes free shipping. However, in my past two orders, I have been charged for shipping anyway. Each time I have called customer serves and have been credited the shipping charge. But what an unnecessary waste of time! Surely they can update their computers to include the very policies they claim to honor.
I ordered 2 ATM shirts, one black, one white, same size, same style, same brand. I tried the black one on, and it fit great! I kept both. Fast forward a few weeks - I open the white one, and guess what? It's not the right size. The SKU etc is the same, and it's marked as the same size, but it's way bigger than the other shirt. Look at the picture! But when I called to see if it could be exchanged or returned, they told me I exceeded the return window and only had 3 days from when the item was delivered to report it being defective. No exceptions. I have never heard that rule before, which doesn't even sound legal..
Tip for consumers:
you cannot trust an item is what it says on the tag.
