I ordered a computer desk and used it for a month or so but the keyboard draw collapsed and almost struck my feet. The side metal piece is bent and the slide metal bits fell apart flying everywhere. I couldn't even find all the bits and I have a baby at home. They have a refund policy for faulty goods but no one responds to emails and their contact number does not call through.

Unless you're sure the product is not faulty and that you won't need to speak to them after the purchase, then why not?
