Poor customer service. Whoever Agent 8 is- he is rude. Ankit Jain doesnt reply to your concerns. They dont admit their mistakes but will blame it on you. I wont recommend people to use this website for international orders.

I have visited Sareez.com and i saw classical, ethnic and new collection of designer sarees, suits and partywear gowns. And i purchased a gown for my elder sister. Price was very promising with discount. The gown fabric is very fine, design was also very good. The service is very good. I am very much satisfied with their service and will place an order soon. Stay away from Sareez.com. This is by far the worst experience I had with an international purchase. They messed up my alterations and when I complained they said they followed the measurements as provided. I then took pictures of the lehenga with measuring tape for proof. They then said they couldn't use my measurements because of the material and because the blouse would fall off due to the request of the back design of the blouse. Shouldn't they have informed me of this prior to starting the alterations? Once I said I would go online and post about their poor service they said they would reimburse me my money and credit on their site for return shipping. When I went to ship the item back I found out it would cost me $70. Since I didn't plan on purchasing from them ever again, a credit for shipping on their account would not be useful for me so I asked if they could just reimburse me $70 on my credit card rather than the full cost of the outfit. I would use this credit to have alterations done again in the states. At this point they said they are changing what they originally offered me to just $20 store credit and for me to keep my purchased item. I couldn't believe it. I then told them this is why they have such bad reviews (which I discovered after my horrible experience) and that I plan on going online and voicing my concerns. They then went back to the original statement that they would reimburse me for the cost of my outfit and provide store credit for shipping cost once they receive the item back. How can I trust a company that goes back and forth on what they communicated? How do I know if they will honor this agreement once they receive this returned purchase? Stay away from Saarez.com if you want a worry-free service. It has been a nightmare!

Really nice site to buy great quality lehenga. I bought a lehenga from here a little while back and couldn't find the time to write a review. It was a green and black lehenga. The price was really affordable. I was so happy when I received my lehenga, it was beautiful. I receive so many complaments when I wore it. I recommended this site to a lot of people. I was able to get my choli stitched the way I wanted. I would definitely order again in the future.

If you are lucky, you'll get a beautiful outfit that's the right size and properly sewn. If you are not lucky, either throw it out or give it away, because the company will not take responsibility or assist you in any way.

Purchased 9 sarees, i received a duty bill which they promised in writing they would refund. When it come to issuing refund the refused. This is the MD of the company, he was so rude Ankit Jain. Dont trust them also sarees are alot cheaper on other sites even after the discount.
