This is getting beyond ridiculous, somebody needs to get fired here! I've made the order on 5th of August, I later received the order on 10th. They have unfortunately sent the size 45 instead of 47. I returned the shoes the same day on Thursday the 10th, they received them on Monday the 14th, which is visible by tracking, but they have sent the confirmation of return on 17th. The refund than took another week. I order again size 47 on 26th of August and imagine that, I receive the same WRONG size 45 shoes with the same, beaten up box, like in the first order. This time I let them know through the costumer care what happened, some arrogant Kevin replied, with a nonsense reply, no sorry, nothing and I'm a long time costumer. Of course I sent the shoes back for the second time, without the possibility to make a return form on their site, because they were presumably not eligible for return, which I've also let them know through the costumer care, but again Kevin with a total irrelevant reply. I've sent the shoes back on September 1st with just the return form in the box, and decided to order FOR THE 3RD time again, to speed things up. They received the shoes on 4th of September, but they've sent the confirmation of return on 12th, after 8 days they already had the shoes! And again plus another week for a refund. Now imagine this, after I ordered the 3rd time on September 1st, I receive a shipping confirmation on 13th of September, on 15th I receive the shoes, and after I open the box I see a known red Scarosso beating up box with the same wrong 45 size shoes for the 3rd time. This shoes will make 6 trips, more than 3500km, and they have free return, this is a complete disaster! Would also like to tell that in the beginning of summer 7.7. I ordered sandals, which they have canceled the order after I waited for 6 weeks. No sorry no discount code, nothing, again Kevin with total irrelevant answer.
They are a scam! Worst customer service ever. More than 2 weeks and still not shipped. Now they falsely claim due to "technical issues" the payment has been cancelled, which is NOT. And that I have to pay again. So I have to pay TWICE. I send them proof of the payment and now they don't respond anymore. Don't buy from Scarosso, they are frauds.
