I am really up set and I'm sure you will ignore my email. So right now they have some dresses on sales and they didn't say anything on website that it isn't from your store. I got two dresses on sales for around 50 dollars and both of the dresses are from China one tag with angel biba and the other tag with saints+secrets. It would be so nice if you let me know that it would be from China and not your brand becuase I would of spend more money buying your brand clothes! I speak highly of you to my friends and family and gave you all the customer but you just lost me as a customer. I can't explain to you how disappointed I am.

BUYER BEWARE CUSTOMER SERVICE AFTER YOU HAVE PAID IS NON EXISTANT. STILL WAITING 4 WEEKS LATER FOR AN OUTCOME. I bought a dress and wanted the same dress in a different colour, so I purchased the same size and when it arrived, I took off tags and hung it up. A few days later i went to wear it and it didn't fit, so i put it against the other dress in the same size and it was clearly at least an inch smaller in width, hence the reason it wouldn't fit. They had clearly labelled the dress wrong...so I thought it would be easy to get a replacement for refund! HOW WRONG I WAS! They take a week to reply and each time brush me off and say tags are removed no refund so I explained again that it was THEIR mistake therefore they need to take ownership of it, then they asked for photos and i sent them steifjt away, and to follow up 3 times, only to get the same generic answer saying no refund...did they actually look at the email or photos? I was shocked. If this was a shop front...it would be refunded immediately. I asked for a manager to contact me, and again followed up 3 times and finally got a response saying they have passed it on to a manager... and yet, I'm still waiting! I've just lodged a formal complaint with the ACCC for Selfie Leslie clearly not abiding by consumer laws, scamming people out of money and refusing any customer service. Still ongoing. DO NOT RISK YOUR MONEY!
