I bought an ergonomic mesh office chair high back Swiver Computer Desk Task Chair from the DHHX Co company and didn't even have it 9 months before the arm broke and the hydraulics failed. When I contacted the company (which I had to do through email only), they replied saying they only have a 3-month warranty. What a sham! The phone number to call them is no longer in service... wonder why! Don't buy from this company - the quality of their merchandise is poor, as is their customer service!
Thankfully, Amazon worked with me to resolve my issue; DHHX Co did nothing!)
