Horrible experience!
Ordered flowers for the first time. After my payment I saw that the Delivery Address was not complete, like I entered it in the form. The Building number and apartment number was missing.
Contacted the customer service right away per phone but no one answered. So I left a voice mail 3 times to please call me back or email me or correct the wrong address. I even send lots of messages over the customer contact form they provide online. Nothing at all. No response. I ordered flowers for my fiancé in Japan from the US for 12/25/2021. Then I tried to cancel my Order but there is nothing I can cancel. Now I lost my money. Checked my Bank account and the $140 went to some bank in Dubai. Unbelievable
Do not purchase from this company. The customer agent identified as a Sara, was extremely rude and non-professional. They did not follow directions, they insisted upon a late delivery when they didnt hold to the contracted delivery date even though they were specifically ordered to cancel, and the flowers delivered were hugely over priced and sloppy.
Tip for consumers:
the cheap flowers below cost over 100€. if you have a problem, tell your bank to stop payment.
