I was completely shocked to see someone posted a bad review about this company. I have booked a large mission group through them AND my destination wedding. Both times I received nothing but impeccable service. Sonja, the president of the company was at my every beckoning call, always eager to help, and even flew to Aruba where I got married cause she knew how stressed I was. She genuinely cares, sure she has to make money... she owns a business! But overall I won't book anything without going through servant travel group. She even called me last month to wish me a happy birthday; Excellent customer service and she really cares.
Woman frauds church mission group through website - Servant Travel, owned by [**], defraud's church mission groups and not-for-profit groups all throughout the United States by offering low prices, showing them tentative iteneraries, and then taking the rest of the money and never buy the plane tickets. The website does refer to an e-mail, which is active, but the phone number is just an answering service for her and the mailing address is simply a PO Box - there is no office.
The BBB, dropped her because of seven unresolved complaints and she is now has a criminal trial set for June. Do NOT use this website - or anythign owned by this woman. She is out to get money and will come up wtih some pretty extensive lies to why she "needs' the money. Don't fall for it.
