I give this service a zero for ServSeeking Perth, WA. Calling for fixing washing machine didn't spin sometimes and a young guy came in with bag trolley by UBER. Didn't know to fix it, didn't even open to find out what's wrong. Paid for him as just wasting money and time, with zero value of service. AWFUL, SCAM SERVICE.
If I could give this a zero, I would.
We paid for leads but instead got a whole lot of workers applying for jobs with us. Wasted everyone's time, with zero value at the end of the day.
Their customer service team was extremely unresponsive and unhelpful. Thoroughly unprofessional and made no offer to assist. Didn't seem to have even a basic grasp of their product - only ever wanted to upsell.
Quite genuinely don't deserve to be in business and with the rise of Airtasker, Oneflare and HiPages, I have no doubt they won't be for very long.
Do not sign up with this company. They give out facticious Leads and then charge you $30 to quote on the Lead. I have proof of this and have submited a complaint to the ACCC
This business is amazing. Sergio was attentive, suggestive, on time, good quote on budget, very honest.
