Bought a dress, and it arrived ten days later. It looks good on me. Hope they will have larger discount.

I ordered 3 pair of boots 3 weeks ago to this day I still haven't received the third pair the second pair I got today and this poorly made plastic not was nothing I asked for I am beyond upset so there's no number to contact them you have to go through messenger on FB I asked for a refund and they told me that it would cost more to send it back then to get a refund and I still haven't received the return address never would I ever order from them again they janky for sending me these family Dollar boots

I really like this outfit. It is a great material that looks good on many body types. Overall, I'm very pleased with my purchase. Can't wait to wear it out.

I ordered something from them they would not let me pay with my credit card so I had to pay with my PayPal they took the payment from my PayPal however when I went back to to the website to look at my orders there was nothing ordered they have no order history I have sent them several emails no one has gotten back to me they taking my money but they haven't given me any product nor have they even giving me a delivery date what they don't understand is I work in advertisement and I will be letting everybody know about this I will be letting my colleagues know about this I will be letting my business know about this so that we can advertise about the devilish working in this business I simply want my $95 back or my product one way or the other the thing about it is they're going to lose this battle with me in particular my father is a lawyer and we're already looking into this all they had to do was simply refund my $95 or give me the product but nobody is getting back to me and I am getting very impatient

I don't write alot of reviews but wanted to for these boots. They fit good and look really nice. About the fit, roomy in the foot, I could wear cozy socks if I wanted too. I have healthy 15 1/2 inch calves, some boots fit some don't. These are snug on my calves, not tight but no extra space. Hope this helps someone, measure those calves lol. Hope they last a couple winters, I really like these!

Shalldeal reached out to me about my order. The company showed concern and had excellent customer service. They gave me a full refund on my order.

I purchased a dress from them for a birthday gift for a friend. I made the purchase 5 days before the birthday and requested (and paid for) 2 day shipping to make sure I got the dress in time. 5 days later (the day before the birthday) I got an e-mail from this scam company telling me that they did not have the dress I ordered in stock and do I want to purchase a different one. Even if I wanted to purchase an alternative, they left me no time to make the purchase and get the dress when I needed it.

Since this was a RUSH, the dress should have been sent out the same day as my order. Why wasn't I informed of it being out of stock right away? Why did they delay in sending it out when I specifically paid extra for it to be expedited?

I then sent a return email instructing them to cancel the sale and to provide me with an immediate refund. Two days later and I am still waiting for my refund. There is no reason to delay the refund. I do business online and I know that a refund can be done in seconds. It takes no more than a few key strokes to issue a refund.

This Chinese run company is a total rip off. If I had know it was a Chinese company I would not have done business with them. My experience with such companies on the internet has not been good - from shoddy merchandise, to very long delivery times, to poor communications, to outright lies and deception. The Chinese do not know how to do honest business. (I am talking about companies from China - not Chinese-Americans).
