Shang-capital

Does anyone know of this private investment company based in New York and several other Far East countries and targets investment from UK citizens?

Has any UK people invested in this company?
Has anyone dealt with a Mr Richard Fairbrass at Shang Captial?
Has anyone invested in Chronus Mining Alaska?
Does anyone know who David Fairbanks is? He is supposedly the CEO of Chronus Mining Alaska. He also has no online presence whatsoever. I find this slightly unusual for a CEO of a global gold mining company on the verge of stock market floatation!

So in July of this year (2022) i was contact by a Mr Richard Fairbrass who works for Shang Capital based in New York. I cannot verify this as he has no prescence online nor do Shang Captial and what I mean by online is they have no LinkedIn profile for either Richard Fairbrass or Shang Capital althought Yahoo articles appear that say Shang Capital is a legitimate company.

I am suspicious of this company at this time as there are only two articles online and for a global investment company this is not a lot of information.

If you have invested in Shang Captial perhaps you might want to share your investment experience here to give others some piece of mind, or you may have had a bad experience, even more reason to make that public. Or like me you may have invested in pre floatation shares and have been told that the floatation has been held up because of deficiances in floatation capital namely gold stock that hasn't reached the required level for floatation?

I am sceptikal at this time and have my own bankers and two other UK law enforement agencies checking out this company for me.
