Sheena-marie

I purchased a pair of Tori Burch shoes from Sheena Marie recently. Shipping took 2 months and when the order arrived, they were not the shoes I had ordered. When contacted, after some back and forth Sheena Marie admitted they sent the wrong shoes. They blamed the shipping company and refused to refund me my money. After more back and forth they finally offered to refund me 70% of what I paid without explanation. I am still waiting for the refund three months later. I was told they will only refund my money when the shipping company reimburses them. I paid through PayPal however Sheena Marie is insisting that the refund has to "go through a bank" and they cannot refund my PayPal account. The company is located in China and is impossible to reach other than through a general email address. They refuse to give me the name of any officials there or to take direct responsibility for the mistake. I'd be surprised if I ever see any refund from this failed transaction. I would be very hesitant and wary in dealing with this company again.
