I would never order from this website again. I ordered UGG boots that were so far from the size I take that I couldn't be sure one size up would fit. I sent them back-$17.00 to return. They do not give refunds! So now I have a $179.00 credit. It was my fault that I did not read their return policy. However, there are too many other reputable companies that accept returns where I can spend my money. No more sheepskinshoes!

These boots were the worst representation of an UGG that could possibly be made,
One was taller than the other, One Ugg tag was bigger and a different color than the other, One had thicker fur on the inside, The shaft on one was wider than the other. They were unwearable!
. I ordered shoes from this website. I tried returning the shoes but no one would respond to me. I have sent numerous emails and not one response.
