The Shooter's Shop was always the range I went to growing up and took friends to as well. I introduced my niece to shooting at The Shooter's Shop and I used to recommend them as THE place to go. NO LONGER. These COVID DENIERS were supposed to repair one of my father's guns that he left for me, they couldn't - fair enough. But I didn't know that until several months after I dropped it off because I called them. Then the pandemic hit and because I provide in-home care for my elderly mother, I was out of work and quarantined since then. I received a call this morning from The Shooter's Shop shouting at me to come get my gun. That they have had it a year and they were not happy. Boooo Hooooo! Before I could say one word, they hung up on me. I went in to pick it up and of course, no masks on anyone. When I asked who called me so rudely, they all started in on me about how my gun had been there a year. I explained my situation and they started ridiculing me. Both of them joined in, and when the white haired Lord of the Rings Dwarf reject said "Fake Covid" I realized what sort of place this really was. I've had 3 people close to me die of Covid and he said "I find that hard to believe" THESE REDNECKS ARE PERHAPS NOT WHO YOU THINK THEY ARE. Of course, being a gun shop, they are all Trump Supporters - whatever... But they are COVID DENIERS as well. If you have any family members that are at risk or are yourself, AVOID LIKE THE PLAGUE (see what I did there?) But seriously, these folks are a danger to the community, rude, ultra-conservatives. It really saddens me since after I was able to receive the vaccine, one of my priorities was to get to the range regularly again. R. I. P. favorite range and gun store. I will not be back.
