Where are my purchases? I ordered NOV 30,2015. Received NOTHING yet DEC 16! My credit card has been charged! Where is my order? Cannot reach anyone for info either? I have sent two messages via there so called <Customer Service>, no response! What's up with that! No service, but you charged my card real quick though! NOT HAPPY!

I bought a shirt from them on the 22nd, which was early Saturday. They didn't ship my item to me till 5 days later on the 28th. To top that off, I paid $6 for shipping my shirt still isn't here yet, but is projected to be here by the 4th. Almost two weeks for a shirt.

I ordered a hoodie for my girlfriend a week prior to christmas. A week after christmas I finally recieve an email saying my order was canceled and tgat I was not charged for my order. I check my bank account and see that the charge had already posted to my account. I call FX and they tell me my order was canceled because they no longer carry that item. They also tell me in order to get my money back I must dispute the charge with my bank. Still waiting to get my money back a week later so I can buy my girlfriend a christmas gift. Might as well purchase her valentines gift at the same time

This site is misleading. It has a commercial that states it is selling the son's of anarchy Jax blue plaid shirt and when you go here it isn't. I have contacted them and they passed the buck on this and didn't resolve the problem.

They stated:

I stated:
In your commercials you state that this item is available and show the item on the commercial. I want to order the blue plaid shirt that Jax wears.

They stated:

After I told them that their commercial was misleading, falsifying information and misguiding to consumers,
