Having to submit the same receipts over and over seems to be a stall tactic to expire the offer. If initially you submit a receipt, in addition to scanning the actual product, why would you need to wait days just to repeat the process and give additional front/back photos? It's excessive and brands should just stick to honoring manufacture coupons. This 'middle man' is problematic.
I buy a lot of stuff at once cause I don't have regular transportation or I use delivery services like Doordash or Instacart. You can't use either of those with this app. To be able to get cash back, you not only need to scan the paper receipt but also scan the bar code for each item you are redeeming. It's way too much work. It'd be a lot better if they had a way to somehow connect online retailer accounts so that way they could verify the items instead of me scanning a ton of different things. I doubt I'll be using this app. The extra hour or so it would take me to scan everything I buy every time I would like to use this is ridiculous.
