This website is the biggest scam. They falsely use the UGG name and send fake UGGs with an UGG tag. The quality is horrible. Then, when you don't like the item, you have to pay to ship it back to China. I received confirmation that they received my return over 5 weeks ago, but they have yet to process my refund. They keep saying "they have not received the merchandise", or "their refund department is having technical difficulties". I do not recomend shopping here. You are better off with Walmart fake UGGs - at least you can return them for credit or go ahead and splurge for the real ones, but don't be fooled by this website!
The website is okay but the crooks who operate it are not. I had a similar experience, got the boots, which I immediately saw were fake, returned them and was promised a refund and am still waiting while they keep making excuses. I reported them to UGG and all they did was thank me and don't seem too concerned. I also advised my credit card company and they don't seem too interested either. There should be a way to stop these scum bags from being allowed access to credit card payments otherwise they will continue to screw consumers.
