Dear Team, The App seems to be good.As i saw its connecting customers and the designers Similarly it needs to have lot of listings should give varities of products. Customers are more focused on quality & prices. At times giving some offers will be an added advantage. Should be upgraded regularly Mini smart chatbox will be good think to get added for customers usage.
Most of the reviews are from poor jobseekers not customers. They're running a job scam that many innocent, young people fell for and wasted their time into. They promise an interview if someone leaves them a review. The owner wants to falsely portray the success of his company but the truth is, the reviews, the app downloads, the social media followers are just part of the job application process. The owner starts by asking for follow and likes on their social media in order to apply to the job. Next he would send an email saying someone would contact them to schedule an interview and asks the jobseekers to download the app as a mandatory step. Or the applicants won't be contacted. He gives instructions like he expects the applicants to create a customer account, thoroughly browse the app and keep their suggestions ready as they'd ask questions in the interview. After several weeks he sends another email assuring the candidates that someone from the company would indeed get in touch to schedule an interview (which never happens) and encourages them to leave feedback and reviews on the App Store/Play store "in the meantime." Most innocent, poor jobseekers leave reviews as well hoping for someone to contact them. Then they're ghosted and blocked forever. They company has already tricked thousands of candidates around the globe with job advertisements and gathered thousands of reviews and a massive following on Instagram and LinkedIn. Luckily some people were clever enough to notice this and raised their objection. I have uploaded the email conversations. Have fun reading them!
This App is Dynamic I personally liked the graphics which makes the customers experience a soothing one.The mission to upcycle the unused stock into new fashion is awesome. The section which gives me an option to update the measurements of mine will help the app to show me only those which fits me best. The chat person treats us with extreme politeness. This is surely gonna change the online shopping experience into a great one. Don't buy cool $#*!, make $#*! cool. Will recommend this to friends

I was not able to register myself though I like the concept a lot after reading ok your website.
The app idea is very unique and definitely not much people know about this. You should do more publicity as your idea is very effective. I like the way the customer and designers both can you the app and show their creativity ok their own. Would love to use the app once and see what all can wow me.
Hello,
The app doesn't load quick, the rendering is slow. What intriguing about the app is the feed design, the edges of the UX have been drafted so well.
I have installed shopper bird application and have explored it a bit.
Here are my feedback on the application.
First of all i must say that the application is very user friendly and has amazing response time which im so much happy about.
The home page looks great with the data for past 6months and in the find page selecting country and displaying the things that is related to that particular country is cool.
Below are the few suggestions from my end by which I feel that we can improve customer service,
1.We can ask for either email ID or Phone number to login instead of only email ID.
2.In home page instead of total spent could we change it as Total shopped because total shopped will give more joy than total spent so eventually customer will be happy
3.In the find page, we could enable images in the background of particular products which will pull customers in if they see anything fashionable.
4.In the post page, i would see it will better if we change that name as Trending instead of Post which will create an eagerness to customers for exploring on trending clothes.
Please do respond back if you need any clarification.
To keep it very simple & short my honest reviews are:
*User friendly application with a good interface
*A unique concept of customizable & reusable products differentiates it from other apps
*One of the best things is buyers can chat and know the makers of the products. That helps build the trust factor
*It can be more helpful for the first time visitors if an approximate range of the products are mentioned while uploading them
*While signing up, it shows a security check popup. If that is eliminated, then the users' login process can become smoother and more trustworthy
Its really interesting application in play store
And ios and easy accessible to use delivery is also so fast
I am very much impressed by the idea of upcycling clothes from waste and deadstock materials. It is a very unique and productive idea. However I noticed this idea is not clearly shown when a user lands on the application interface. When I opened the application I initially thought it was just a clothing/apparel online store. But since I did a little research about the company I understood that it is about upcycling of waste clothes. This idea is really great, but it has to be conveyed to the user easily. Because a regular target audience who opens the app may not understand the idea behind it and might think it's just a regular clothing/apparel store. Also after a little bit of research I found out that you don't sell ready-to-wear clothes and the person has to place the order after which the clothing will prepared and delivered. This concept is also not clearly conveyed. A regular user who visits "Shirts" section will see only some cloth materials instead of a shirt and might get confused and leave the platform.
I bought some recycled trousers from the ap Shopperbird because I saw them on Instagram. The trousers are so cool upcycled from used denim and only one piece available and it mine. Love the concept and mission
Tip for consumers:
Get the app super cool and clear to use and the stuff is epic

Shopperbir has a great initiative. App works good but it could be more better if the clothing prices might have some discounts or offers. And more availability of designers.
Products is very unique and amazing. I have seen you have added only one view photo, if you upload more view photo it will be helpful to attract more customers.
App design is little be cusfusing, it's look like story app not like a e-commerce.
You have too add buy option in first view, I haven't seen any option to buy the product.
Chat option is coming soon, but you still added this on every product story. With this your distracting the customer.
SWOT analysis of the Shopperbird app (consumer's perspective):
STRENGTHS:
1. One-of-a-kind, on-demand slow and sustainable fashion app with an innovative business model.
2. Easy to access chat options that allow direct chat with the designer/ individual in charge.
WEAKNESS:
1. The app's user interface is not customer friendly as it is challenging to navigate.
2. Longer loading time results in losing the already short attention span of the consumer.
OPPORTUNITY:
1. Shopperbird is well established on different social media handles and can market the app there to increase its reach.
2. Provide a basic Illustration sketch with each fabric option with the possibility of further modifications.
THREATS:
1. A niche market.
2. Charity/vintage shops and Sunday/weekly markets.
I learned about Shopperbird on facebook from a friend who ordered an upcycled jacket. I am in love with the company mission and commitment to lower CO2 emissions by upcycling old fabrics.
Paolo was my ex uni colleague and always motivated to make a change in the sustainability domain. I have used his app and i love how fast this company is making progress! Will soon use the app for my future shopping.
Tip for consumers:
Great app I have been using it since last week and I saw so many improvements. The company is growing fast and is developing the next big thing in the fashion industry! I love the CEO's work and I think if they keep focusing on customer feedback and improve from there.

The app interface is user friendly, also a fresh look, not like other fashion apps, where you are just scrolling what exactly you want.
I truly believe that fashion should not be about what's trending in the market. It should be quirky and what an individual feels comfortable wearing. The best thing about Shopperbird, it promotes sustainable, ethical and waste to fashion. Shopperbird believes in gogreen, which helps the environment from too many wastages. So patrons can choose their locally sourced sustainable, natural or recycled fabrics and know their origin. Shopperbird helps discover unique and personalised shopping experience with on-demand slow fashion app. The coolest feature about the app, it helps patrons to choose from the vast categories and they can connect with fashion designers from all over the world, with any kind of customisation for their fashion. I also understand Shopperbird is working or focused to be one of an organization to help patrons to use craft, sustainable, unique, recycled fashion.
People should be fashion, not vice versa
Tip for consumers:
Everyone should choose Shopperbird as their Vogue, as it helps the environment from wastage

No doubt the app and the concept are outstanding, it is very creative and to come up with such a concept is a very rare sight to watch, fashion from recycled waste is a kind of revolution in the textile industry but to be very honest there are certain changes & improvements required in the app.
1) The app on iOS is working smoothly. There is no technical glitch as such other than the blackout. It happened 1 time in the last 4 days, otherwise, the app is working perfectly, whereas in android there are plenty of technical glitches which has to be worked upon, For instance, I have been using the app for the last 4 days every time I open it in the first minute the app gets blacked out and shuts down, after that you open to trying to open it shows error, then I have to switch off and on the phone, for the app to work.
2) I personally feel as a customer, UI of the app needs to be worked upon a little bit, it should be more aesthetic, for example, your desktop website is the perfect example of aesthetics
3) I would suggest that we should work on decreasing the clutter from the menu option, as a user no one likes crowded menu options, tabs, and buttons that are tedious to use. Simple layouts and dropdowns are effective ways of improving user experience.
4) I think there is a need for Animated Transitions, I am saying this because it creates an effective and seamless flow from moving one page to another, users like to see an in-app transition whenever they complete an action.
For example – I would suggest providing users with animated tutorials so that users can understand how to complete an action.
5) In-app 'find' feature needs to be worked upon, for instance, I will tell you when I clicked upon the find button it took around 5-10 seconds to open then afterward when I opened the subsection like belts, skirts, trousers, jacket, etc. it also took few seconds to open, such obstacles hamper the intuition of the app and will lead to user's frustration.
6) While using the app I felt that the app is a little bit bland & boring to use, there must be an introduction to game mechanics, such as leader board systems and award features that might make the app more engaging and vastly improve the User Experience of the app.
7) I genuinely feel there should be an In-app Chat Bot system. These bots are effective & help in resolving 90% of the customer service issues, this way your representative can focus on more complex problems while chatbots take care of the simpler or repeating questions.
8) Last but not least, there should be an easily accessible function of 'Feedback' in the app. A great way of getting feedback or if you want specific questions to be answered, in this case, surveys are a great tool.
Questions to be put up in the survey -:
· What new feature would you like to see in the next update?
· What do you think about the [new feature] we just released?
· How likely are you to recommend this app to a friend?
I am happy to see company ACTUALLY delivering services respecting the environment! I agree, the future is upcycled fashion!
Tip for consumers:
need design work and improve performance

Hi team,
As in early stage, I have downloaded the app from the playstore and below are the points that I have noticed in the first use of the app.
1: I have tried to login with my google account and it gave me a warning that developer account has not been verified yet.
2: It only gives an option to signup with the email address only, it should have the option to sign-up with the phone number, a customer may have multiple temporary email addresses that he may forget while logging in to other device but nobody forgets their phone number.
3: User interface is not upto the mark as a user needs to traverse through the app to find.
4: Shopping app should be tempting in nature and highlights the products on home page that are trending or in demand or are at discounted price.
5: Back button of the phone is not working while using the app, user needs to use the on screen back button provided on the top left corner of the screen.
6: It doesn't follow the phone display settings, like I have dark theme enabled but it has it's light theme activated and in settings we only have one option to delete the account.
These are my initial investigation that I have done in a few minutes of downloading the app. There would be more points once I will start using the app for testing purpose.
I will be looking forward to hear from you on this.
Best Regards,
Amber Gulati

The App need a lot improvement in keeping sustainable fashion in mind. The App should be more promotive which shows brand vision. It is very easy to use but UI need more attractive for the users who believe in sustainable fashion.
Home Page should represent the brand - it must shows what Brand is going to deliver the consumers. Company vision and motto should be visible to the consumer on the home page only. There is a dashboard on the homepage which due to which the App look more like any Finance Management app. Dashboard should be add in the Menu or on the Upperbar on the App.
On the Search Button- it shows only name of the categories which doesn't look more attractive as an user. There should be proper categorisation of the clothes and accessories. Also it should be picturised instead of keeping black background. When we click on the perticular category it shows the picture of clothes again here it should be categorised in proper manner with the names. Eg. Let's take a cotton - there are many types I can see so all these should be comes under only one category and then there should sub categories to it. Also we don't get to know about cloth type untill we click on it. So the name should be mentioned there.
In the post option it is good to see the founders posts but there is also a chat option- which should not be there as founder need a professional team to reply consumers and resolve there issues and clear there doubts. Yes Founder can share there openion and thoughts on the blog. There should be a some option which showcase the thoughts of the founder about slow fashion.
Designers details should add the advantage. So the consumer can choose there own designer according to there work. Designers work need to be shown on the homepage. According to the designers rating they can set the price of the final product.
Few bugs needs to be fix as sometimes designers chat got disappeared. Login issue - User ID and Password section gets blank and it gets difficult to the user to check whether the details are mentioned proper or not.
The sustainable fashion concept is really good. So in keeping world consumer in mind the app should stand apart from the fast fashion industry apps. As most of the people goes to them as the UX/UI makes a lot difference in the industry. More little things can be discussed for the overall improvement for the revolution in the fashion industry.
Hello team,
First of all, I want to say, the vision and mission of Shopperbird are clear and it's a unique concept of upcycling.
Overall the experience with the application is good, but there are some issues that I have faced.
Listing them below with some suggestions that I think can be implemented to increase user engagement:
Feature issues and suggestions:
1. An app intro and guide should be there on first-time registration.
2. After deleting the account, a new account can't be created using the last email-id and even can't log in with the same.
3. We can have a star rating option for posts.
4. Please add an option for multiple currencies.
5. More features can be added to the chat section, like deleting messages.
6. In the Find section, items have only names. If they could have related images as background it will great.
7. Profile data is not updating after editing until I restart the application.
8. Mobile gestures are not working properly on some screens, not going back on sliding from the phone's edge.
9. Email login doesn't work sometimes.
10. Taking too much time in loading images. Even simple texts are taking a lot of time.
Interface related issue:
1. It is a fashion app and it should look colorful, but in the contrast, the color theme is black and white.
2. The UI is looking like other apps, not looking much unique (as in the Menu section), and can use animations and motions to enhance.
3. The empty graph looking weird in the dashboard can show some message to the user or any animation will also be cool.
4. While creating an account, when entering the password in edittext it doesn't scroll above the keyboard, making it hidden behind the keyboard.
After a deep analysis of Shopperbird´s IOS and Android app, social media profiles and blog I manage to observe few crucial aspects to make the app more efficient and user friendly.
While going through the application, I found it user friendly easy with a great concept. Highly focused on creating products that are sustainable, natural and made of recycled fabric. It also focuses on taking action against the negative impact of fashion industry. Great way to connect, post your work and chat with designers. The concept of adding measurements on the app makes it easier to browse for the right product.
Dashboard should include Brand logo along with highlighted products and should include more images and options to view posts and chat. Also, a brief information about the brand should reflect on the home page. Another page should be added to display the order information.
Product Categories- It should be more visually appealing. Images of the categories can be added to enhance the look of the page.
Help Section- Currently, to enter the help section on a page, you need to click on the three dots on the top right. It can get confusing as it doesn't say help/ support. A help icon can be used.
Total Spent- Currently, the total spent does not reflect in any other currency except for the point sign. The currency should be available for all the options like dollars, Ruppees etc.
Homepage - Social Media space should be added on the Home page in colour format as a hyperlinks to the social media page.
Overall a good application which needs some minor enhancements to make the app more appealing and user friendly.
Congratulations to the Shopperbird team for coming up with this unique concept and looking forward to it.
Very good app, good services provided by Shopperbird.
I recommend everyone of them, buy it and experience it and it's worth it.
The brand mission is really interesting and noble, and I strongly believe that there are great opportunity to grow in the fashion&sustainability field.
Nevertheless in my opinion there are some improvement that must be done on the app.
- the app usage is not immediate, and my suggestion is to add some explanations for customers after the registration process in order to explain better how the app works and make sure to do not lose them after the first login.
- is not very clear how the post feed works: is it used by designers? If yes, maybe it could be better to explain it (and urge designers to post in order to have always fresh and new contents). It could be also nice to add some interactions buttons under the post and Would suggest to remove the chat buttons if the feature is not ready yet
- it could be also nice to have the possibility to have a "favorite designers" section
- after choosing a fabric, is not really clear how the process works (who chose the product model? Are there any options regarding the model to choose in? Es. Long skirt, pencil skirt, balloon skirt...)
- prince range should be shown
- not clear how the designer is recycling fabrics
