A fraud shopper(bad shopper with number*******109), she/he stole my money and insisting on ignoring my opened tickets without any response to my questions about my money, what's a shame!? Shoppre is not good as expected especially the bad shopper with number*******109 because she/he is playing games all the time And reflecting a very bad image about Shoppre store. I placed my last order(PS*******5937) on 10th of March and one item still pending without any update on it, is that professional/logical?! I opened 2 tickets but without any real action or fit solution as usual.! If this is your followed policy with your loyal customers then please confirm in order to stop placing orders over your portal, simply. Or better to hire a well trained shoppers inside your team instead of this bad shopper because she/he will make your rank at the bottom level.

Two weeks. Yeah right. December 22 and still no stamps.
Also no way to get ahold of them
Tracking number doesn't work.
Can't find a address or phone number.
Try e mailing the one I had.

You can rely on Shoppre if you are not worried about paying extra for nothing or if you don't have any friends or relatives to send parcel using other courier services.
L am using Shoppre to ship items to USA from India. Definitely you will get your parcel no doubt in that. Already 2 times I have used and this is the 3rd time. One of my relatives sent parcel twice using other courier. Though Shoppre gives fake options and very poor customer service I am relying on them whenever my relative is busy and not able to send the courier.If you have anyone who can send the parcel from India to USA all the time then please go for it.
Here is the pro and cons to shipping to USA from India through Shoppre
Pros:
1. They have a free virtual locker system so that you can do online shopping and get it under one roof. This is the major advantage.
2. You will get the parcel within a week like other courier service( some reviews say that Shoppre is doing better than FedEx, DHL and othe courier services. As per my knowledge Shoppre is having partnership with one of these couriers. I have received the parcel from DHL last time)
3. Prices are almost same as other courier services (they will charge higher price in the invoice and then in the name of discount they will reduce, which is same as others.)
Cons
1. Extra charge for discarding shoe boxes but no change in original weight
They have the option that they can discard the extra or unnecessary boxes. If you choose that option no use. Only you have to pay extra bucks.
They are charging on the original package they received as well as they are charging for discarding the unwanted boxes.
2. Very poor customer service.
They mentioned 24×7 customer service. But if you try to chat they are offline during night time. If you try to contact at night time(IST) they are offline.
3. Process is slow. They will take much time to update the item details and to generate the invoice.
4. If you see reviews on their website you will see all 5 stars which will misguide you.
Tip for consumers:
Definitely they will delivery your parcel to doorstep. No doubt in that. If you are not concerned to pay extra unnecessarily or if you don’t have anyone to send the parcel for you then Shoppre is good.
