Llevo 3 semanas esperando que envíen mi orden, me dieron un 2 tracking numbers y cuando chequeo hace 2 y media semanas que están los tickets de fedex pero no enviados, hace una semana estoy tratando de contactarlos para que me cancelen la orden que ya no lo quiero y solo responden los mensajes automatizados de su sistema, he echo todo lo posible por no tener que poner una disputa en PayPal pero no me queda otra opción.
