This is for the Kansas City/Lawrence, KS. Location. Steer clear of this business! It's a scam! Yes, they provide services, but it's not permanent. At first, the staff is very accommodating with getting your appts. Scheduled, and after your first session, you would schedule your appt. At the end of your visit. After a few visits with no issues with scheduling, the staff most times would say their system was "having issues" and they would be unable to schedule your next appt. Their staff makes no effort to call you when their system comes back up to schedule your appt. I'm sure they hoped you would forget, so you didn't get all of the sessions you were supposed to get during your one-year membership agreement. Then when your membership is complete their staff will tell you there is an option to continue your membership at a standard rate and can cancel at any time. They do not mention you have to cancel in writing and they would continue to collect payment. Their communication skills are horrible. Save yourself the headache and money it's not worth it! I've found a place closer to home that is comparable in cost without the membership fee and does better work.
