I ordered 5 wigs from sistawigs I never did receive them I fought with ups and I fought with sistawigs sistawigs refuse to communicate with ups and me. Horrible attitudes

Will not deal with them anymore, now I have to call the card company to try and get my refund, they want answers their phone they act like you lying about what you order when I have proof..

I ordered two wigs & a dress & wig clips on 4-17. They sent me a conformation email right after and then another email stating my order will be processed once payment is received. On 4-18 1:15am My payment was received and my order is "getting processed". On 4-20 3:48pm I received a email stating my item was shipped with tracking number & It said expected delivery would be on 4-21 so I called and all she said was that it was shipped & out of her hands so I hung up. I typed the tracking number in on google & now it says my package was shipped on 4-21 1:52pm & I will receive my package on Monday. -_- If you get free shipping which is 59.99+ They'll take forever and the shipping is notmally 10.00+ I have ordered from here a few times & paid shipping & received my package in two days.

How i go by geting my money back i been calling no answer in emails too it keep saying pending i made a order out 11\4\17 i didnt hear noting yet

I purchased a wig, after 4 days they did not ship the wig out to me. After 5 days I called and no one answered, I then emailed them and they responded that they will cancel the order because the wig is out of stock. When I clicked to buy it, it was very much in stock! Even days later. If I never contacted them, they would have never told me that the item was not in stock. This company will waste your money and time! They love to promptly send out wigs for youtubers to review for them, yet they treat the general public like we are fools. Please avoid this site. You will be waiting on NOTHING. Now I have to wait between 5-14 days for a refund. What a joke! Don't make the same mistake that I did.

I attempted to purchase from the Sistawigs.com site. I was having problems, tried to call listed phone number. Forget about it cause they ain't answering. Might as well get rid of phone service. Finally had to email support for assistance and placed my order. Eleven days went by and I heard nothing via email about the status of my order. On day 12 I receive an email issuing me a refund. No explanation. I had to send about 3 emails to find out it was because they were out of stock but they didn't feel the need to tell me.
About 7-10 days later I reluctantly go back to the SistaWigs site for that same product and saw that same product but with a notation saying "in stock". I got excited but because of my previous experience I knew better to email to confirm the product was indeed in stock. Good thing I did. I was given a simple email. "Nope." Your order was too big to fill (50). That was it. Wasn't given any option to decrease order size or anything. I wouldn't be surprised to find out the people who run this business were the same ones running the Trump administration.
After reading all the negative reviews in addition to my experience, like I said, I don't know how these people stay in business. SMH

I which I had read the reviews on here and Yelp as well as looked at the BB complaints but I didn't. If I had I could have saved my frustration. Hopefully I can save you the hassle. I ordered a wig from here and the next day my credit card was being used in credit card fraud. Someone in the Chicago area which is where the store is located started buying items from Adidas online and Go Daddy. Com. When I called to speak to the manager Nick she apologized but said they do not have our credit card information that they use an outside agency. I have contacted the police, the credit card company and Adidias. These criminals know no one really will investigate that's why they continue to be low life bums.

I ordered the Regge Twist Large braided wig. They confirmed my payment and took the money off the card and gave me an estimated arrival. The next day I get an email saying that the hair was not in stock. They should have checked before they took the money. I canceled the order and they said it would talk " 5-4 business days". The next day I called my card and it had a balance of $-14.76. They took the money for the hair that I am not going to receive and more! I was so happy to find hair that would be time consuming. This online website is not professional and not well managed. I highly do NOT recommend this store.

I removed a star for this place because of their shipping prices and their return policy. It's 2017, most places have free shipping (they do after you spend $50) and that's normal I don't mind that. Unfortunately, I only spent $28 or so and I knew I'd have to pay shipping. My shipping was $11! I even used a 20% off coupon and it was still $11! $5 would have been fine to pay and had me re-ordering all the time but at $11 I was skeptical if I wanted to stay a customer.

Well, I got my products in a decent amount of time and was extremely pleased when I opened them. Everything was packaged neatly and I had a nail gift and an extra wig cap inside! The products I ordered were there and so was the receipt that showed everything I ordered. That part was amazing because I accidentally ordered something in the wrong color and thought the company was at fault but you it was my mess up. The product was about $3 so I thought I'd just return it and get another one but they have a restocking fee and it would not be worth it to return anything.

Overall, I LOVE this company for thinking of the customer (adding extra products and the receipt). They have quality products that LAST. The site is easy to navigate through and I just love them. The only two things I didn't love were restocking fees and the shipping rates.

I wear wigs daily and I must say that sistawigs.com is my favorite site because they are very fast to communicate with you. Right after I place an order they send a confirmation email and shortly after I get a message stating my order has been shipped. I get my items always within 2 days plus I live all the way in Arizona. Compared to all the other wig sites, their shipping rates are the cheapest for me. This is my first time ever writing a review but I had to express my honest opinion about this company.
