I was duped into ordering from what looked like a legit website. I waited for my orders tracking number and after taking my payment within 2 days of my order, I still haven't received my order 21 days later when I was told it would be 5-7 days. I have emailed 4 times with no response. I still haven't received a tracking number and only too late did I start to see that this was not a legit company. NOTE TO SELF and everyone else- Investigate before buying anything online unless you know the company. There phony website looks just like Uggs real one. There should be laws against this.

This company is one you definitely need to steer clear of. The boots are MOST LIKELY knock offs from Shanghai. There are no returns possible. Boots are not AT ALL sized correctly, and the amount that I agreed to online is different from what they put on my card. They added $5 onto my purchase with no explanation. When I tried to send the boots back to Shanghai, the cost with UPS was over $200 including the cost of Customs Declaration. The company said they could reimburse me $20 (1/8 the total amount paid) and to keep the boots because return shipment was too costly. NO SH__!
The boots are extremely low quality, not UGGS Australia at all.
