Soundpure

I have been shopping with sound pure for almost 20 years and never have been disappointed the service is top notch the product so is priced most of the time better than their competitors used gear is carefully inspected went sold. Sound pure gives you the most for your gear if you wanna do trade ins and offer all types of payment options. Over the years the sales men or studio experts always leaves all questions answered even if it doesn't benefit them. Can't say enough sound pure is definitely the place to go.

Was doing business with them for many years. Spent at least 10k with these guys. I was a pretty good client. They did give me some decent pricing. The problem was they suggested a piece of gear to me which cost maybe $599. I bought it, could not get it to work correctly. I spent a lot of my time on it. Even called the company in Europe who built it. Still could not get it to work for me. I bought another unit from Sweetwater and it worked like a charm with no issues. Anyway, not only was Soundpure rude to me, they charged me a restocking fee for a defective piece of gear. Now I have no issues paying a restocking fee if I just wanted to return it because I didnt like it, but it was their suggestion for me to get this unit and it was broken. So why should I pay a restocking fee? Besides the fact of me being a guy that was a loyaly customer and spent a lot of money. So for a lousy $60 they lost thousands in future sales! So stupid if you ask me. Maybe they learned from this. When you have a good client, you do everything you can to make them happy! They did not.

This is my second purchase from SoundPure. First, their stock of guitars is incredible. But what is more impressive is the knowledge that the staff has and the level of customer service they bring to each sale. After trying to complete transactions myself through Reverb, I gave up after a couple of annoying deals/people. I should have started by talking to SoundPure first. I have traded in several guitars with them and have been treated exceptionally well. I won't even think of doing the Reverb thing again. The try-before-you-buy program is awesome in case your dream guitar turns out not to be what you thought. I just had this experience. It was then that I asked for some recommendations of what the staff (Zak) thought and they guided me to an amazing Boucher Heritage Goose that perfectly fits my playing style. Not to mention, the Boucher punches way above its price range! I have purchased this Boucher and a Collings 02 from them and I couldn't be more happy. They are a pleasure to do business with and I can't recommend them enough.
