Ordered some parts online. However, two of the parts I ordered I no longer needed. Asked if I could just stop by and return them. They said sure, but wanted a 15% restocking fee. The restocking fee is $6 and asked if they could waive it. A hard no. Fine. My mistake, I ordered the parts incorrectly, but the dealership is so hard on making the $6 profit? No wonder dealerships get such a bad wrap. They do it to themselves.
