“I ask for information on my account and they take days...”

I ask for information on my account and they take days before I get an answer. For the past 3 days I have been asking them to send me a new password so I can login to use the credit I have with then to purchase some DVD s. I was wondering if others dealing with spun have had this problem. In any case as soon as I get what I am owed I'll never come back to this website, (Spun.)
