I paid for my items including shipping but received wrong items. Mendy and Brian, customer representatives, were playing games with me for 10 days back and forward and then they told me that I have to pay shipping cost back to them which is not refundable. This company is a fraud. Stay away from them.

I ordered a headphone set on 7th July 2020 by paying online through my credit card.
They never sent me the AWB or courier tracker
Till date i have not received the product or have they refunded me.
There is no option to cancel or refund the order, its just by mail and they keep giving excuses like its due to the lock-down.
I have attached the bill and my followup mails till date.
I am also going to launch a police complaint against the website and the payment aggregator Zaakpay.
Please do not shop from this website.
