I just had a very very horrible experience with this... company. Unsure what they are.
They should be replacing Toshiba hard drives which are DESIGNED to FAIL in the first place. Thank goodness, I noticed just before the guarantee was over...
Planned obsolescence.
It started all wrong. They are UNABLE to correctly and properly explain the replacement procedures on the website. After I finally managed to complete the form. Ups did not want to pick up the package... as I could not print the stupid paper for them.
Yes, regular people do not have printers at home.
Ok they sent me the stupid printout. I was lucky to be able to send it as usually ups does not even show up for pickup.
Two days later I received an email from ups: they would be delivering a package the following day. I was at the given address as I am every day working from the address. Nobody came, nobody called. Nothing. So i thought it was a mistake as i clicked on the ups link which said it was delivered to someone else i don't know...

After 10 days I asked them if they sent the replacement. Yes, long time ago...
I never received it though. Then Caroline from Storerepair wrote that ups delivered the pack to me.
But I did NOT receive it! It was NOT and NEVER delivered and I never heard from UPS again. No call, no email, no message, nothing!
The stupid woman was parroting the lies she heard from ups. Really annoying.
This went on for days. Ups then updated the link, with a new LIE, that they tried to attempt to deliver in the morning on 12 december which was another LIE, as I was on the given address. Nobody came, nobody called... but ups LIED that they did attempt to deliver
Finally I was really annoyed and asked Caroline to refund, I was waiting for the refund and I never heard from her again. Caroline you are fired! Stop parroting LIES.
They work with ups which is a horrible company. There are thousands of complaints with the very same problem. They do NOT deliver and then FALSELY claim pack delivered.

AVOID them, and do NOT buy Toshiba products. Toshiba used to be good...
Japanese used to make perfect products but the GREED took over!
Now they design products to fail just after the guarantee is over... Now they failed haha. Last time I purchased anything from Toshiba.
Toshiba had an international scandal over 10 years ago... for planned obsolescence.
This is also thought at engineering schools... Thats why your tech products fail.
And these GREEDY disgusting companies with horrible services have the face to preach about sustainability when they are the very people destroying the environment.

It is absolutely UN-acceptable and disgusting what fake companies like this do to customers.
