I paid for two items over two months ago. They were shipped, but sent to a random, incorrect address. I caught the mistake and had it confirmed by the post office and by the company. I emailed customer service, and I was told in order to receive a refund (as I no longer wanted the items after such a hassle) the items would be re-sent to me, so that I could return them for a refund. After I was told that, and nothing was ever re-sent to me, my emails have gone unreturned. I have sent four complaints, asking for my money, or even just an update.

There is NO address or phone number listed for this company, just an email address that isn't often tended to.

At the time this entry was written (01/01/14), styleaddictusa.com is currently in possession of my money, has sent me NOTHING, and has stopped responding to my emails.

I will gladly remove this post if the situation gets resolved.

I paid for two jackets october last year and still haven't received items or had any information from them. I have emailed twice without any response.

DO NOT USE Style Addict USA - they still have me money and I have nothing to show for it.

I purchased a coat back in October, have emailed them several times with zero response.
