I bought a phone case from them. I checked the refund policy because there was not a size given in the description for the case. They offer a money back guarantee for the items but do not disclose that it must be returned to AU. It was not originally sent from AU, it was shipped to me from within the US. I consider this deception by omission. Also, I am not able to return the item to AU due to USPS covid restrictions at this time and they will not work with me.
