I ordered a bra from them on June 4th and paid for it but to date have not received it. After many contacts with them saying it will be shipped in 10 - 20 days it has never arrived. Cannot contact them again as there is no response to the e-mails and the phone number is no longer in service. I would certainly NOT order from them again. My overall rating would be a minus (-).
Over 6 months and still my package has not arrived and they will not refund. Please do not order anything from this company.
Ordered perfume from here in May, no delivery for literally 2 months - contacted site several times to follow up and was told constantly that the order was dispatched. Item eventually received and is clearly a counterfeit/fake product. Was replacement for almost empty bottle we'd bought in store and this smells like paint thinner and nothing like the original - looked ok when unpacked but noticed logo was faded already and came away with slightest scratch. Checked web for how to spot counterfeit fragrances and this matches most of the warning signs!
Don't waste your time and money.
I saw Stylepop from my Facebook with great deals on perfume. So I checked some review and was inconclusive of whether it is good seller. So I bought a bottle of perfume to test - Chanel Chance for $105. I placed my order mid June - 4 weeks later the status is still 'Await fulfilment'. I sent email enquiring, 4 days later, I received an email advised that the order has been shipped. I waited for 2 weeks and nothing came. Another email and waiting for a few days before the email was replied with the same thing 'order is on its way'. And at the end of July, I received my perfume. After all that hassles, the perfume was a cheap replica - the box was thin and cheap, the bottle leaked out and blur all the print on the cheap box, whatever inside that bottle smells faintly like Chance and lasted for like 10 minutes even that I doused myself with it.
I am so angry as while it was a good deal (50% off), it was not dirt cheap for a replica. There is no phone number to contact them except for email. The order was not updated, no tracking number, no customer service.
I am in the process of requesting a return and refund for my order. I don't hold much hope but will do everything I can to get a refund - even just for the sake of principles.
If you are considering of buying from these guys - DONT.
Bought this wonderful dress on this hip website for only $55, took 3 weeks to arrive and i was generally happy with the communication, will be back
