Sub-shop

Would not ever recommend this site. I ordered 3 things. They took my money and then wanted me to verify that it was me. Then they never filled the order. And now I'm getting no answer and I still have not got any order and I also told them I want my money back and to cancel the order and still no response. This is the worst company ever if ur going to buy online do not use them and go to a different website or buy it in person. Oh and I already reported their site to google. Also my next step is to report the transaction as fraud and then report it also to the authorities. And I think it will be to the authorities in Wisconsin because in my bank transactions that's where it says it is coming from.

The Sub Shop has a great business model for ripping people off. They claim any order past 8:30AM is a "next day order". So after paying extra for expedited shipping, they pocket the difference and send it via a slower shipping process. It's pretty smart! When I said I was dissatisfied they immediately canceled my order and told me it would be a week or more before my money was refunded, Avoid this shop at all costs!

Pure scam

While our order arrived on time, nearly all of it fell apart within 10-15 minutes of use, or had flaws that made it unusable. They also block any product reviews saying so.

I shop online a lot, and I have to say that shopping with sub-shop.com has been by far the WORST shopping experience I've ever had. I placed an online order for about 13 different items. They cancelled my order because two items were out of stock. I was asked to reorder, selecting a different color for the two items that they didn't have in Stock. Fair enough, I did. The prices went up 300% overnight! They issued me a small store credit to offset that a little bit. I received a shipping notification for the items that I was told were cancelled. When the items didn't arrive, I emailed and was told that order didn't ship. I had only reordered the items that were out of stock since I was charged for the other 11 items and had a shipping notification. In the end, I paid $300 for 3 items when my original order was less than $250 for 13 items. Sub shop said that they would issue a credit to my credit card. After 8 weeks there has been no credit received. I've asked many times for them to investigate, perhaps they credited the wrong person. They say only that their records show that they issued a credit and although I did not ever receive it, they will do nothing further. I even said I'd take a store credit but they won't even try to help me.

This places ships out on time, no trouble. The only thing is various leatherette items will be cheap and eventually break. However you should probably know that by how cheap they are. So great prices, great customer service, pay attention to prices, they are indicative of quality.
