I'd give no stars if I could. This company sells poor quality products and their customer service team is extremely unprofessional and rude.

Tip for consumers:
Avoid this company AT ALL COSTS!!

I ordered 4 pair of "Vintage "New Old Stock" glasses "with glass lenses". Not one item had actual glasslenses, they were all the cheap Chinese glasses you get for 5 bucks at the corher store, only all of these have like one leg that's different from the other, like it doesn't extend as far so they don't fit right and give you headaches from the pinch. I bet they are "factory seconds" they sell for ten time what they bought in bulk.

When I wrote customer service this was their answer, and I quote:

"They are exactly as described.
Thank you!"

Do not buy from these children masquerading as adult curators.

I purchased a pair of sunglasses from this online store at the end of June and when they arrived I tried them on and I discovered they were far too feminine and that I would never wear them. This website has a 30-day return policy but I did not return them right away as I thought I would save everyone the trouble and sell them to a friend. I waited for several weeks and my friend did not come to see the glasses. I contacted the company and explained the situation but the person writing the emails just stuck to the policy which would put me a few days over the 30-day limit. I offered to purchase a new more expensive pair but they would not hear of it, they would not even sign their letters with their names. It appeared that the rep writing corresponding with me had virtually no business experience.
I will not shop at a company that is so rigid and self-serving and would rather lose a customer than perform a simple exchange. Also, it is very important to sign your name when representing a company so the customer knows whom they are dealing with.
I am always baffled by companies that don't empower their employees to deal with each situation on a case by case basis instead of just spuing policy. This was a small amount of money, the glasses will end up in a drawer and they have lost a customer for life, no one wins.
