Purchased in May 2023, and in less than 6 months, the backseat frame has cracked and the electronic control unit has come apart. Chair was used normally, person's weight under 160 lbs. This chair is not robust enough for normal use. The plastic control unit is especially problematic. But the cracked frame should never have happened. To save weight, the manufacturer may have used too light or too thin carbon fiber. Service is terrible. Have made a warranty claim and waiting to see if warranty is honored.
