We booked one week in advance a 5 star hotel (Hyatt Regency Grand Reserve) in Puerto Rico for a very reasonable price. We booked a King bed with a garden view, but upon arrival got a little downgraded king-bed room. After showing at the reception what kind of room we booked, they had no problem changing it for us a few moments later. Long story short, we got a very good deal, but also because the hotel staff was very nice and helpful. Also, we weren't charged anything extra upon arrival.
I booked a room and immediately noticed a typo on the confirmation. I called the hotel and they said they would gladly fix the issue if super.com contacted them. Super.com refused to do so. When dealing with them on their chat they (melodyn) just kept sending the same template message over and over. I will never use this company again and will tell everyone I know about the horrible customer service

Switch and Bait Company. If you see any SnapTravel cheap prices on google. Your wasting your time. Do not use them! Customer service reads from scripts and copy & paste type of company. Their excuse for false advertisement is dynamics in pricing. Which I was in the hotel lobby. Once you have clicked on them, the prices changed. The only thing you'll receive is a next day $20 credit for a $109 room. Not worth it folks

Found super.com through kayak.com. They had the best prices out of all the sites by far! When there was a price drop, I was notified and it was easy to cancel my reservation and rebook it at the lower rate. Our hotel stay was exactly as we booked and a great hotel and deal. Beds were comfortable, we slept amazing! Will definitely use your site again and recommend!

I loved they had the best pricing.
It was so simple to book, I received texts and emails (for anyone being sneaking make sure your watching the first confirmation communication will not be the last lol) which in my case eased my mind so I didn't have to call and double check nothing. Booked online, showed up and was in my room within 5 minutes no lie... will definitely use this site everytime if they keep these prices.
If I could give this company zero stars I would. Everything starts out nice you build up a nice credit line then even though you pay on time they keep cutting the amount in half. You will get hung out to dry by them eventually and it always comes when you most need it. They do nothing to help you and an Indian u can't understand is customer service. Cheap piece of $#*! company out to scam people. $#*! em I hope their building burns down with the owner inside it

Rate a bit below everyone else, with reasonable tax amount, showed in Google travel search, but clicking through yielded this message: "rate no longer available." Then was offered same rate as other sites with a 40% upcharge labeled as "tax"... Eventually went through older established travel site that showed a higher rate to start, but with a normal tax rate. Total charge came to well below Snaptravel total. Won't waste my time again.

The same room was offered at two different prices. For $1 more I could book a fully refundable room. I had to cancel my reservation. It stated that my reservation was not refundable. There is no link to connect to someone to help with the cancelation. Their automated phone line puts you in a never-ending loop. Poorly managed company. Avoid using them!

Thought I was booking online direct at hotel. Has exact pics. Immediately charged me and I thought it seemed way overpriced. Went to check out and asked for itemized statement. The statement was $75 less than was snap travel charged me. Asked hotel why and they said it was booked thru Expedia. I never use Expedia. My confirmation number from snap travel wasn't even a light one the hotel could pull up. I can't contact snap travel to inquire

Found this site via a travel search engine and was initially unsure as hadn't heard of them. However, booking went smoothly and I secured the best price around when I booked by a lot! Emails and WhatsApp messages were really informative and helpful, and checking in at the Hilton was easy. Plus, I shared my discount code for booking with a friend who also used their site and likewise had a similar smooth experience. Definitely would book via super.com again
Stayed at The Manhattan at Times Square. Pleasant greeting from the hotel desk clerk allowing us to check in early. Room was ok, with some minor blemishes. We mentioned the different problems with the front desk on our check out & we were credited a $40 refund. All in all we'd use this again for another trip in the future.

I used Super.com to book Dreams at Playa Mujeres. The advertised rate from Hyatt and from the hotel directly was quite high! I looked up alternative options and came across Super.com. The price was approximately 50% of the normal rate and I thought "wow! I hope this is legit". I decided to book it. Not only was it legit, but when I checked in I was taken to the Preferred Lounge and had access to all of the "Preferred" amenities. It was really a special treat! I will absolutely use Super.com again when I travel. Wonderful!

I had the most horrific travel experience with these people. If you search for unpaid reviews, this company offers lower than average prices then after the deadline for refund is passed, they email you that they can not accommodate you due to some bogus reason that covers them. The refund process is extremely difficult, reaching their urgent care team is impossible (like literally). They left me without a hotel 1 day before my travel and also did not refund so now I am in a 6 weeks process of the dispute through my creditor and when I did that they emailed me that because of the dispute they can not refund me and I should wait for the process to be done.
I am still happy because they are people who took their hotel offer, showed up at the destination and had no reservation, and were left stranded, based on other bad reviews that I see.
Also even if you get another hotel in return it is usually much cheaper in an undesirable location. They are complete cheats.
